T'was the Night before Christmas
When all through the Apartment
Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse:
The stockings were hung by the Chimney with care
In hopes that Saint Jolan would soon be there!
With the Myself, My Wife and the Children all snug in our beds
Having visions of owning a New Home Dancing in our Heads
Then, just then outside there arose such a clatter
I jumped from my bed and ran straight to the window,
I had to see what was the matter
I tore open the shutters and threw up the sash
when what to my wondering eyes should appear
But a miniature sleigh with 7 people standing there!
Dave and Lisa, The Appraiser, The Inspector, The Lawyer, The Seller and the Mortgage Guy too!
The Up to the Apartment roof top they all flew,
As I drew in my hand and was turning around
Down the Chimney Saint Jolan came with a bound,
He was dressed in Red and Fur from his head to his foot
carrying a sack full of toys thrown over his back
he looked like a peddler just opening his pack!
With a wink of his eye and a twist of his head
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread
He spoke not a word but went straight to his work,
filling all the stockings,
then turned with a jerk
Handing me my gift much to my surprise it was the title to my New Home that
I didn't even think I was qualified to Buy!
Then Saint Joe said with a smile, U R Home Realty has just helped you buy
Your New Home,
Now dash away dash away and pack all that you own!
Dave and Lisa have worked hard all year, giving people just like you much good cheer
Then giving a nod, up the chimney he took flight:
Then I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight
